Hammered Horse Trailers will provide a trailer in the build price.

If you have a trailer that you want customized, a visual safety inspection must be performed to ensure safety.

BRAND NEW trailer fabrication from the ground up is also an available option with a 3 year warranty.

Custom Fabrications

All services at Hammered Horse Trailers are performed with care, and done the right way. There is no botched cover up work being done here like many others. Every component of a trailer is built extra strong to endure the bumps of the road and survive the outside elements. The possibilities are endless, but some options available for trailers include:

  • Custom cabinetry

  • Electrical

    • 20-50amp inlet, Circuit breaker panels, 120v/240v circuits, GFCI outlets, wall lighting, ceiling lighting, LED accents, undercarriage lighting, etc.

  • Plumbing

    • Single basin handwashing sink

    • 3 basin dishwashing sinks

    • Water tanks, PEX and PVC plumbing, Water heaters, Backflow preventers, Drains, and anything else required for health inspections

  • Custom woodworking

  • Custom CNC sign engraving, Acrylic signs, LED Neon signs, Vinyl logo printing

  • Live edge, butcher block, stainless steel or epoxy countertops

  • Refrigerator and Kegerator installations with taps

  • Espresso and cooking appliance installations

  • Vinyl plank flooring

  • Roof and wall insulation

  • Custom metal fabrication

  • Window and trim replacement

Always included

Trailers are torn down to the frame and inspected for safety and quality. If the roof has any areas that are rusted through, it will be replaced. Frame members must be free of any rust that causes structural instability.

All trailers come with new functioning brakes, brand new wheels and tires, brand new 12v wiring, and modern LED lighting. 3/4 inch rubber waterproof flooring mat on top of 2x8 flooring also included.

Accent walls and cabinetry included on all builds.

Trailers will be professionally sandblasted to bare metal, body work completed, and application of Direct-to-Metal primer and custom topcoats are available in almost any color.

Every trailer comes with a custom serving window, and serving ledge.

Pricing and Warranty

Pricing depends on trailer size, and options selected.

Most bar trailers will range from $20,000-$25,000

Most Food/Coffee trailers will range from $22,000-$30,000

Brand new trailers can be built from the ground up for an additional fee

Small 2 horse bumper pull trailer

Shorter height, length and width. Ranging from 6-7' interior height, 5-6' interior width, and 8-10' interior length.

Large 2 horse bumper pull trailer

Standard trailer size. Usually around 7' interior height, 6' interior width, 10' interior length.

Longer trailers with side door. 7-8' interior height, 6-6.5' interior width, 12-14' interior length.

Coffee Carts

Turnkey mobile coffee carts. Includes everything besides espresso machine and grinder. Espresso machine and grinder can be sourced through Hammered Horse trailers.

Collapsible Coffee Carts

Comes in multiple pieces for quick setup and take down, and can fit inside of standard SUV's/ pickups.

  • Folding wings available

  • Custom acrylic sign included

  • Can be painted/ stained any color

  • 4 swivel caster wheels to allow mobility

  • Dimensions 33"width (48" width with folding wings), 36-37" height, 24" depth

  • Includes water pump, water heater, removable sink with pitcher rinser, 20A power supply with 8 outlets

Non- collapsible Coffee Carts

Built extra tough and are not collapsable. Must be transported on a trailer. Stronger structurally and sizes can be much larger than collapsible carts.

Books are closed until 2027. Coffee carts can be built between trailer builds in 2026.
